Sriracha House Story.
Opening in April of 2014, Sriracha House is a contemporary restaurant concept serving hot and healthy Southeast Asian street food. Our restaurant recreates features of the traditional Asian restaurant into a new and unique fast-casual food service system.
Inspired by the street markets of Southeast Asia, our open kitchen allows customers to inhale the aroma of sautéed garlic and ginger, hear the food sizzle in the wok and watch giant flames jump out of the wok burners. Our menu is served dine-in, delivery and take-out. Sriracha House is on-trend, healthy and fast-casual.
Menu and Decor.
The affordable Sriracha House menu offers something for everyone with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo dietary options. Our preparation is basic - from fresh, never frozen ingredients - and contains no preservatives. It includes made-to-order noodle and rice dishes with hand-crafted signature sauces.
We use only fresh vegetables and quality meats to provide our guests with a healthy alternative to Asian street dishes. While alcoholic offerings will vary by location, we feature a selection of Asian and local craft beers, wine, sake and non-alcoholic beverages including a wide variety of Bubble Tea options as well as sodas.
Much like our menu, our restaurant design wows our guests with a look reminiscent of a busy street in Bangkok, Manila or Hanoi. Our decor includes lighted signs hanging from the ceiling, cement flooring, long benches and patterned stools at communal tables.
Our customizable menu is engineered to appeal to consumers of all ages. However, where we are most relevant is to America’s most influential generation - MILLENNIALS. According to Accenture, Millennials command more than an estimated $600 billion in annual spending and 3 out of 4 of them would prefer a great experience over a desired possession. They like trying new flavors, actively search out vegetarian or vegan options and love ethnic cuisine.
Our Pan Asian menu with Japanese, Malaysian, Chinese, Taiwanese, Himalayan, Thai, Vietnamese and Mongolian influences is precisely what Millennials look for in frequent dining.
Sriracha House is committed to professional franchisees who are philosophically aligned with our passion for providing the healthiest, highest-quality Asian food at an affordable price. We welcome domestic single and multi-unit development as well as international master franchise development with well-funded, experienced restaurant groups that have a familiarity with their markets.
Ideal North American candidates have 3+ years of food and beverage experience and a minimum of $100,000 in available capital for each restaurant they wish to develop. Our total initial investment starts as low as $224,000 for each restaurant.
Multi-unit location development is preferred (not required) for primary and secondary markets. Single unit development is a consideration in smaller thriving markets in North America. A cost-free project funding assessment will be made available to help protect your investment.*
